3. Accounts

You retain ownership of content you post to the Service (profiles, project details, listings, messages, etc.). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material

IndieGroup facilitates connections between filmmakers but is not a party to any agreements, collaborations, or transactions between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any work, services, or content exchanged between users.

The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by IndieGroup and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@indiegroup.com.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability
